1:PARIS
Welcome
to your ‘AHA TRAVELS Amazing Australia’ Tour!
On arrival in Paris, following immigration and customs, you
will be greeted by our local representative and transferred
to your hotel (check in after 14:00 hrs). The rest of the
day is free to explore the city on your own. (D)

2:IN PARIS
This
morning, enjoy a drive through the picturesque French countryside
to Switzerland. Then check in to your hotel. (B, D)

3:SWITZERLAND
The
day is at leisure for shopping. Don’t miss our exciting
optional Outer Barrier Reef Cruise to Green Island. Begin
the excursion with a transfer to the Cairns pier and board
a high speed catamaran ferry to the Green Island in the Barrier
Reef. From the moment your catamaran moors in the calm waters
of the picturesque island's wharf, a host of reef activities
await you. You have the choice of enjoying a wide array of
activities like snorkeling, swimming, viewing coral from a
glass bottom boat, or take an introductory scuba dive under
expert supervision (at an additional charge) in its crystal
clear waters. Soak up the sun and sea air under the sails
as you enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch. (B, D)

4:IN SWITZERLAND
The
day is at leisure. Or take an optional excursion to Mt.Titlis,
one of the highest peaks where fun and adventure awaits you.
Enjoy a rotating cable car ride up the mountain, followed
by a thrilling ride in the Ice Flyer above the glacier (weather
permitting). Enjoy a leisurely hot lunch midst the snow and
icy glacier. Later enjoy a cruise on Lake Lucerne, over tranquil
water before you proceed on a tour of Lucerne City, viewing
the highlights like the famous Lion Monument (photo stop),
followed by a walk across Kappelbrucke. (B, D)

5: IN SWITZERLAND
The
day is at leisure. Or enjoy our full day optional excursion
to Jungfraujoch – the “Top of Europe”, ascending
by cogwheel train to the top, arriving into a wonder world
of glaciers. Admire the view of the Aletsch Glacier. The highlight
is the Ice Palace where you will see life - size ice sculptures
of animals, birds and mountains. Admire the beauty of the
mountain world of eternal ice and snow as you enjoy a hot
lunch on the ‘Top of Europe’. The exciting excursion
ends with a visit to Interlaken where you will enjoy shopping
for chocolates and Swiss watches at good discounts (B, D)

6:PISA
This
morning, proceed to Pisa where on arrival you visit the Field
of Miracles – a square with the finest examples of Pisan
– Romanesque buildings like the Duomo, the Baptistry
and the Leaning Tower of Pisa (photo stop). Continue on drive
and check into your hotel (B, D)
Day
7:ROME
Today
you drive to the ‘Eternal city’ of Rome! Enroute,
visit Florence where you will stop at Piazzale Michelangelo
(photo stop) for a bird’s – eye view of the city
dominated by Brunelleschi’s Cupola. Continue on a drive
to the Rome. On arrival enjoy a guided panoramic city tour,
admiring highlights like St. Peter’s Basilica (visit),
Imperial Rome, the Arch of Constantine, the Colosseum (photo
stop), Piazza Venezia, ending the tour at the Trevi Fountain
(visit) - the largest fountain in the city where if you toss
a coin and make a wish you are sure to return to Rome! Later
check into your hotel. (B, D) Due to city regulations, sightseeing
in Rome will be done partly by foot / public transport

8: VENICE
Today,
drive to the romantic city of Venice. On arrival enjoy a boat
ride through the canal to San Marco. Proceed on a guided walking
tour admiring the Venetian highlights like the Bridge of Sighs,
Ducale Palace, the Campanile and the Basilica. Following a
brief visit to a Venetian Glass Factory for a demonstration
in glass blowing, continue on a drive and check into your

9:INNSBRUCK
Today,
enjoy a drive through the Tyrol region to Innsbruck. On arrival
in Innsbruck, enjoy an orientation tour of the city highlights
like the Golden Dachl (Little Golden Roof), Imperial Palace
and Imperial Church (photo stop). Later check into your hotel.

10: RHINELAND
This
morning, proceed to Munich. On arrival enjoy an orientation
city tour, which includes a drive past the Olympic Stadium,
Marienplatz and a photo stop at the beautiful Schloss Nymphenburg
Castle. Continue onwards to the old university town of Heidelberg
and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Alstadt, before you
check into your hotel in the Rhineland area. (B, D)

11: NETHERLANDS
TThe
day starts with a drive to the Netherlands. Enroute you will
visit Cologne where you will see the Cathedral (photo stop).
Continue onwards to the Netherlands and check into your hotel.

12:ANTWERP
This
morning you will proceed on a drive to Brussels Midi Station
to board the Eurostar to London. On arrival proceed on a guided
panoramic tour of the city, which includes the main attractions
like Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey,
Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace.
Following the tour you may choose to take the optional visit
to Madame Tussaud’s - a Wax Museum renowned for it’s
life size waxworks featuring the famous and the infamous.
Later check into your hotel. (B)
Day
13:RETURN HOME
Today
you bid farewell to London, as your ‘AHA Travel European
Discovery’ Tour comes to an end as you transfer to the
airport for your flight back home. Or you may choose to extend
your stay in London and avail yourself of our London package.
