1:AUCKLAND
Welcome
to your ‘AHA Travel New Zealand Tour'
On arrival after immigration and customs you will be greeted
by our local representative and transferred to your hotel.
Later proceed on a guided panoramic city tour of Auckland
including famous landmarks like the Harbor Bridge, the War
Memorial Museum and the Auckland University. Later this evening,
you will visit the tallest tower in the southern hemisphere,
the Sky Tower. Enjoy a spectacular 360 degree view of Auckland
and the Hauraki Gulf. You will also have the opportunity to
stand on the 38mm glass floor panels from where you can observe
the city activity at a distance of 186 metres. (D).

2:ROTORUA
This
morning, you will drive along the picturesque Tamaki drive
to Kelly Tarlton’s Antartic Encounter and Underwater
World. Enjoy a ride in the Antartic snowcat through a world
of ice and snow. Catch a glimpse of the colonies of King and
Gentoo Penguins strutting in fresh snow and ice, completing
the exciting adventure to the Antartic with a walk on the
moving walkway in the Underwater World coming face to face
with sharks, a bronze whaler and many more interesting sea
creatures. Continue on a picturesque drive through the lush
green rolling Bombay Hills to the geothermal region of Rotorua.
En route you will enjoy an enthralling guided visit to the
world famous limestone Waitomo Glowworm Caves. The highlight
is the Glow Worm cave and a subterranean boat ride under an
eerie canopy of glow-worm lights. Carry on wards, through
the Whakarewarewa Forest Reserve to the ‘geo-thermal’
city of Rotorua, where on arrival, you will check into your
hotel. The rest of the evening is free for you to visit the
Polynesian Spa, one of New Zealand’s leading international

3:ROTORUA
Today
you will proceed on a guided tour, which includes a visit
to the Agrodome, where you will enjoy a unique kiwi experience
of watching the world famous sheep show and participate in
an interesting farm tour. You will also have the opportunity
to experience the amazing adventure activities like the ‘swoop’,
agrojet and extreme freefall at the Agrodome Adventure Park.
Later visit the Maori Arts & Crafts Institute, where you
will enjoy meeting the locals and viewing their crafts. The
highlight of the visit are the boiling mud pools and roaring
geysers, the most famous being the Pohutu Geyser. Rest of
the evening is free to enjoy this geo-thermal city on your
own. Or you may enjoy taking the optional Skyline Skyrides
which includes a ride in a gondola to the Skyline Rooftop,
providing you with a panoramic view of the Rotorua City. At
the rooftop you can relax in the foodcourt cafe or if looking
for some adventure then try your hand at the some of the exciting
attractions like the ‘Luge’ ride winding down

4:CHRISTCHURCH
This
morning, you will be transferred to the Rotorua airport for
your flight to Christchurch. Following arrival, you will proceed
to the renowned International Antartic Centre and enjoy an
indoor snow and ice experience. The highlight is the outdoor
Antartic Hagglund Ride. Continue on a guided panoramic city
tour, which includes the popular city parks, gardens, the
Cathedral Square, the Avon River, Hagley Park and Mona Vale.

5:QUEENSTOWN
Experience
a day of fun and adventure, as you proceed on a picturesque
drive through the Mckenzie basin, past Tussock Grassland,
river valleys, Lake Tekapo where you will get a view of the
solitary Church of the Good Shephard. The enchanting drive
continues along the Tasman River, arriving at the adventure
capital, Queenstown. En route visit the World heritage listed
site of Mount Cook National Park, covering hectares of breathtaking
alpine scenery preserved in its natural state. Weather permitting
you may take our optional Mount Cook Scenic Flight enjoying
awe inspiring views of the and glaciers. The highlight is
a snow landing on the Tasman Glacier. Truely, a magical experience
to remember. Carry onwards to Queenstown, where on arrival
you will be checked into your hotel. (B, D)

6:QUEENSTOWN
The
day is at leisure for shopping and independent adventure activities.
Or you can take our optional ‘Excursion to Milford Sound’,
which includes a picturesque drive through dense rainforest,
past lakes and cascading waterfalls. Journey through the awe-inspiring
Southern Alps via the man made Homer tunnel in a unique glass-roofed
coach. The highlight is a scenic cruise of the fiord, past
the majestic Mitre peak. If lucky you may catch a glimpse
of seals basking on the rocks as you cruise the full length
of the spectacular and picturesque Milford Sound. (B,D)

7:QUEENSTOWN
The
day is free or you may choose to enjoy one or two of our exciting
optional tours like the optional Kawarau Jet Boat Ride which
includes an exciting jetboat cruise down the Lake Wakatipu,
towards the Remarkables, down the rapids and under the Kawarau
Falls Dam, skimming the turquoise waters taking an occasional
360 degree spin. Or you can enjoy taking our optional ‘Safari
of the Rings’, which is a unique four-wheel drive adventure
to the picturesque locations of the ‘Lord of the Rings’
film in the Wakatipu region, including some goldpanning at
Ford in Bruinen. Or alternatively, you may choose to enjoy
our optional ‘Sue’s Country Pick and Pan’
Tour, where you will have the opportunity to visit the famous
‘goldfields’ in the Kawarau gorge, passing through
the quaint historic Arrowtown. The highlight of the tour is
the first hand experience of gold panning followed by some
Devonshire Tea. (B,D)

8: CHRISTCHURCH
Today
you will proceed on a picturesque drive through the McKnezie
Basin, past breathtaking alpine scenery, through the Canterbury
Plains to Christchurch. On arrival you will be checked into
your hotel. The rest of the evening is free to visit the famous
Christchurch Casino on your own. Or you may enjoy taking the
optional extension to the Fox Glacier / Franz Josef Glacier.

9:SINGAPORE
Today,
enjoy a drive through the Tyrol region to Innsbruck. On arrival
in Innsbruck, enjoy an orientation tour of the city highlights
like the Golden Dachl (Little Golden Roof), Imperial Palace
and Imperial Church (photo stop). Later check into your hotel.

13:RETURN HOME
The
morning is free to explore this cosmopolitan city on your
own and enjoy its numerous shopping opportunities. Later bid
farewell to Singapore, as your ‘AHA Travel ’ Tour
comes to an end as you transfer to the airport for your flight
